REMOTE MEETING

On first screen you need to enter on the right.

Your Name
Your Email Address
Password for Connection we will provide you.

Next window opens you must accept and install the browser program that starts up.
You will get a window with phone numbers connections you can close.
JAVA Screens will flash and install the meeting.
You should come up the the meeting and we can See who is in the meeting.

To control your desktop we will need to make you the presenter first.
So we will do this and you will become the PRESENTER.
At this point your screen will change to showing SHARE DOC / APPLICATION / DESKTOP.

SHARE DESKTOP BUTTON is what you want to click.

Now to give control of the mouse you will need to Allow control on lower right.

ON LOWER RIGHT ICON PICTURE OF MAN.

Click Man left button ALLOW CONTROL MY DESKTOP --> THOMAS DEVITO

Now we can remote control your machine to make changes.
